I am not the most savvy with hardware and need a bit of advice. I recently bought a 2nd hand Bolsa bass and am having difficulty connect it to logic. I have purchased a USB midi cable which runs into my iMac Via midi in / out and have the line out connected to my focusrite Scarlett (also connected to the iMac). I can’t get sound or midi working as it seems there is no signal, I have followed various steps for similar bass machines (on logic by going to utility, external instrument which opens the instrument panel…but still nothing).
What are the complete steps to get it working on Logic Pro x (this is where I am completely confused and where the previous posts and manual goes over my head) ?
