Hardware fault, and no reply through contact form

I first posted a message using the “Contact us” link on the website a month ago, and then another one 2 weeks ago, with no reply from C&G - and there’s not even an automated email acknowledging my messages. Hopefully someone will see it here.

My Organelle 1 has developed a fault, the left channel has died. Could someone please let me know how to proceed in order to get it RMAd?
