You can copy the Patches folder to your computer then you can load it onto the new one. From the web interface, zip the Patches folder then download. You might have to do this in parts if there are many large files. I’d also recommend using a different SD card for the new OS so you can save the old one. (flashing the new OS on the SD card erases everything)
