When I plug in my 5 Moons it initially lights up - indicating that it is connected - then it goes dark. When I push the on button - nothing happens. I tried to do a factory reset as per this link:

The SD card might not be inserted all the way. You can eject and re-insert, you should feel it click into place. Did you notice after re-flashing the SD card if the lights turned red the first time it started up? (it does this the first time it starts after flashing a new SD card).
