Hello, I just acquired the organelle and am eager to get started. When I plug in the organelle with the stock power supply, I get a brief blue light and then back to black. I know nothing about electricity, and I don’t want to fry the device. Do I need to purchase some sort of adapter? I’m a U.S. customer, if that helps. Thank you!
The Organelle works with the adapter that comes with it. You don’t need any other kind of adapter. When you connect power the OLED screen should immediately come on and say ‘starting …’ Did this ever happen?
I had the same problem with a new unit. Had to send it back.
