Question about my organelle/DAW/sound interface setup

Hi guys,
I just received my organelle, I’m very excited !!
Here is a picture of how I imagine my setup (with my old presonus firepod)
I want to use the organelle to :

  • record voices and guitars on my DAW using organelle effects
  • create some midi loops on my DAW and test some different sounds of the organelle
  • synchronize tempo between DAW and organelle

My question is simple, do you think it will work ? I cannot test it for real right now that’s why I need your advice before collecting all the gear I need.

Yes, this will work, I would, however, suggest to connect the mic to an input on your soundcard and connect a stereo output of my sound card to the stereo input of your organelle, and route the audio signal within the DAW for extra flexibility.
The preamp in your soundcard will probably be of higher quality than the input on the organelle and provide you with phantom power for the mic.
