Troubleshooting Help for Organelle M

Hi,

My Organelle M won’t start up.

Here are the specific symptoms:

· The device remains in a state with the white LED constantly on.

· There is no blue light blinking.

· The screen does not turn on at all.

it has been stuck in this state ever since. Could you please advise if this indicates a serious failure and how I might resolve it?

This usually indicates a problem with the SD card. It may just be loose, you can use a paper clip to press on it. Press once to eject, then again to make sure it is clicked in. Also possible the SD card itself is damaged or corrupted. You can try to re-flash the card following these steps in manual:
