Wifi unconnected

Hi,guys.I got some wifi troubles.
OS4.2,I can start AP and connect wifi named’Organelle’successfully.But nothing happened,I connect organellem.local unsuccessfully(ip is correct).And Start WebService is not work with"problemly connected".So is there any suggestions?
